Babcock State Park

Babcock State Park, is one of the most popular parks within West Virginia. The two iconic attractions to the park are the Glade Creek Grist Mill, a working grist mill completed in 1976.The mill was restored from 3 other mills from across the state, and is a living monument to the over 500 mills that onced thrived in the state. Boley Lake is the other attraction to the park. The lake was built in 1965, with a maximum depth of 25 feet.
