Some of these are digital art but some are real photographs with perhaps just a small object added from another photo and yet they have that surreal, otherworldly feeling. White Night, for example, is nearly all from one actual image desaturated with just the moon added from an image taken a few hours earlier. But it looks like nothing you'd expect to see in reality. The clouds and sea in Reykjavik Iceland also look otherworldly despite the fact that it's an actual scene taken just after sunrise.
