I always had an interest in photography, even as a child. I started out with a 50 pence click and go camera (just after our currency went decimal in the 1970's!) with black and white film, then I 'upgraded' (!) to a Kodak Instamatic until I was old enough to buy a 35mm film SLR.
I had my own section in a local free newspaper at one time and used to take my own photos for publishing. Photography is a hobby but I'd like to go further with it, as time permits. I love photographing nature, flowers, animals and wildlife and I hope that my photographs are pleasing to your eye and create a calm atmosphere.
