As a published writer and professional photographer, I have the pleasure to travel frequently; but more important than just seeing many places, I have a passion to explore them, to know about them, to delve into a locale and find the most interesting features and to photograph the beautiful, the bizarre and the places people want to see.
Along with my husband and three daughters, I have stood on mountaintops and rappelled inside a cave. I've had the pleasure to visit natural wonders and historic sites. I've worked for international corporations, non-profits and magazine editors. To get a first-person story, I drove a racecar. It was my privilege to be one of three photographers to photograph then U.S. Vice President Al Gore receiving an award. My work has been published nationally and internationally in books, magazines, newspapers, brochures and calendars.
