Currently, she is working on a series thematically representing scenes ďOn the Edge of BeautyĒ. The glass is half empty. Romantic scenes are painted with a sensuous aggression. Images that seem to be beautiful are not so from the inside. The Perfect is not so perfect. In each painting she am depicts intimate and inviting views of a womanís world. Within the figural scenes the figures are distant or an integral part of their environment. Narrative themes of self image and different scenes of womanhood are depicted.
