Judy Crowe

'I describe my work as contemporary impressionistic realism. My goal is to create artwork that faithfully represents the world in which we live as honestly as I can and to the best of my ability. I also strive to stir emotion in my viewer through beauty or memories. I continually strive for vision and growth in my work to be the best that I can be as an artist.'

Judy has been painting for approximately 15 years and has studied with many contemporary nationally known artists. She's garned some impressive credentials such as 'Collector's Choice' and 'Artist to watch' by Southwest Art Magazine. She has written for and was published with International Artist Magazine. She won the William Schnieder Award of Excellence at the National Oil Painter's of America show in Palm Dessert, California and most recently was awarded 'best body of work' at Plein Air Texas, 2007. Memberships include Outdoor Painter's Society, Oil Painter's of America, American Impressionist's Society, and Alla Prima International.

Judy has been featured in American Art Collector Magazine, Art Galleries and Artists of the South and International Artist's Magazine.
