Joe was born in 1937 and raised in the Lawrenceville section of Pittsburgh,PA. Living in the area until 1963 when he graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Dental degree. Joe and family relocated to Orlando FL and set up Dental practice in Altamonte Springs in 1964. Joe retired from Dentistry in 2004. For recreation during those years Joe spent much free time on the water boating and fishing, gardening and traveling.
