The people and the place-Philippines A fascinating place-photographically but not, I repeat not a place to live. A multi dysfunctional race of people. If you don’t have anxiety when you arrive and if you don’t escape the place in no more than three weeks your anxiety levels will be through the roof…and there is NO metal health care in the land at all. A dreadful country. My wife and daughter are still there and we long to be together in the UK but the beaurocracy of the HMPO and the UK Visa office are preventing that
