I very much like color,design and texture. To me innovation is the key to being a great artist. The subject matter should be a product of imagination (innovation) as opposed to realism. Realism is what we see from day to day. What is most interesting is the minds ability to concieve a new creation, to open up the mind and senses to see a new dimension, a stimulus for new sensations of thought and feeling. It means to leave our prejudices and preconcieved notions behind and experience our future based on the unknown.
I began painting as a boy in Texas and studied art at North Texas State University. My moniker is, 'Gillustrator.'
