Art director Mr. Danacioglu graduated with an Honours degree in Digital Design from “The Art Institute of Toronto”, subsequent to earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Graphic Design at “Mersin University” in Turkey. During his studies he also took private lessons in other branches of art, such as painting and music, performing several piano recitals and overseeing four of six personal oil painting exhibitions.
With this broad art background, he successfully grew his career at agencies in Turkey, Canada, and the USA, initially as a ‘Junior Graphic Designer', followed by ‘Graphic Designer’, ‘Director of Graphic Design Department’, ‘Creative Director’, and ‘Art Director’.
During his professional designer career, from 2001 to 2004 he taught ‘Basic Art Training’, ‘Art History’, ‘Color Theory’, and ‘Painting’ to first year Fine Arts university students. Because of his success as lecturer and designer, Mr. Danacioglu has received awards from several institutions and organizations located in Turkey, Canada and USA.
In 2006, Mr. Danacioglu established his first design agency in Toronto/Canada, named ‘G-Man Creative’, which specializes in designing and advertising for print and web.
Because of his vast experiences, Mr. Danacioglu took the time to share his knowledge by writing articles on the web, now over 30 articles published since March 2013, respecting the ins and outs of graphic and web designs, as well as the requisite technologies.
