Eunice was always a creative child, so much so that her parents sent her for private art lessons with a renowned quadriplegic Massachusetts artist Anthony G. Tony Estrella. She painted things that interested an 11-year-old, such as horses using oils. He also introduced her to Charcoal. He also told her to never stop creating but life got in the way, as it always does.
