He has created many designs and craft work for a souvenir company, as well as numerous custom works. Eric favorite style to paint is painterly, which he likes to combine with loose lined subjects for a stimulating effect that holds from across a room.
After high school, Eric studied mythology, religion and art at Virginia Commonwealth University. He was and is a dreamer with a wide range of artistic and technical skills that took a life time to produce.
Eric's favorite artist are many, but especially loves Vincent Van Gogh, Mark Rothko, Edvard Munch, Gustav Klimt, Maurice Sendak, Tom Everheart, and a variety of graphic novel artist and street photographers.
It was not until an accident forced Eric to look at his own work differently that he started to put more time into his love for it and follow his passions. With encouraging support from his wife and two children, he has been busy building a large body of work over the past eight years. He will always be working towards fulfilling a life long desire to create.
Eric believes life is a continued cycle of growth, and art is a perk for the mind and soul to be surrounded by and enjoyed as much as possible! The world is not a complete creation, but a creation that is still being created every day.
