Donna’s art expresses her deep love of many cultures. Her love for color is influenced by the time she spends in her home in the Bahamas. The deep purples, bold crimsons, and the rich yellows and blues, are a reflection of the love she has for “her island in the sun.” Her art may be described as full of expression, passion and soul. Her colors are vivid, her strokes are vibrant, and her compositions original .
Donna has created work in a variety of media. As an award winning artist, she specializes in color and light. She likes to call her art realistic Impressionism. Her aspiration is that her paintings elicit a definite response, and connects with the viewer. She feels her most successful paintings are those where the inherent beauty of common sights are revealed. 
 We live in such an incredibly lush, beautiful, and BUSY world, that sometimes we are too busy to take the time to enjoy nature. During the busy times, and during the quiet times, having one of her paintings or prints in your home or office can remind you of YOUR connection to something larger in life than your daily grind.
