Don Bristow

Don Bristow synthesizes advances in imaging technology with his passion for photography and mathematics to create large mathematical renderings that enhance business environments and inspire creative thinking.

Bristow is photographer and designer for The Fine Art of Fitness series of fitness posters, and designer for the Chaotica series of mathematical renderings on AluminArteTM.

“Chaotica is a very exciting project.” says Bristow. “Like astronomy and nature photography, it ‘s a process of search and discovery.” Chaotica is based on the field of mathematics called Chaos Theory, which involves the study of systems in motion as well as the fractal characteristics of nature.

His commercial photography work has appeared in Car Care Magazine, Sacramento Magazine, Sacramento Spotlight, N Magazine, Natomas Journal, Texas Property Journal, DuPont Registry of Homes, US Oncology News and more. His fine art work has been featured in Sacramento by Artisan Gallery, Centerline Gallery, Doiron Gallery, Gallery W and Taylor’s Nouveau Fine Art Gallery, and in Tyler by Caffé Tazza, the eTX Natural Wellness Expo and Gallery Main Street, and in the Dallas-Fort Worth area at the Mary Tomas Studio Gallery, Fort Worth Community Arts Center and the Arlington Musuem of Art.

Don's work Chaotica was featured in the Fall 2010 edition of WhileUWait Magazine in Tyler, Texas.

Bristow owns Lightray Websites, a website design and hosting company in Tyler, Texas. Lightray Websites builds and hosts websites for small businesses, medical and legal professionals and artists.
