ARTIST STATEMENT Welcome to my Fine Art Gallery! I am a contemporary Filipino Artist from the Philippines now based in Melbourne, Australia. I am a left handed artist who started drawing and painting since I've learned to walk. My artworks posted here in my gallery says a lot about me especially the simple things in life that make me happy and painting my world as how I see it. Oil Paintings

My artworks featured here are oil paintings on canvas. I started painting in oils way back 1989, way back in college at Architecture school. Though oil painting was not a part of the units taken for Architecture, I hang out at the Fine Arts workshop to observe and learn from other art students, artists & art professors back then....for free. :) My artwork entitled Unfinished 1989 is my first attempt at oil painting. Most of the oil paintings posted here are commissioned portrait works. I'm planning to add more still life and landscapes in the future for print purposes. I hope you enjoy browsing thru my gallery.
