I am an avid world traveler and photographer who enjoys sharing images of the amazing places I've visited and sights I've seen. I love finding the extraordinary in the ordinary, the unusual in the usual, and the unique hidden within the everyday. I never go anywhere -- even to the corner shop -- without my camera equipment. Some of my favorite shots are sights I just happened to catch while running errands or taking out the rubbish. Our world provides us with so many varied and breathtaking visions; I feel very fortunate to be able to capture and preserve what I see. I'll photograph almost anything that catches my eye, but am particularly drawn to the stark beauty of swamps, bogs, fens, and marshes; cemeteries and ruins; abandoned and long-forgotten objects and buildings; barns; lightning and storm cloud formations; water movement and waves; rainbows; sunrises and sunsets; flora and fauna; architectural and natural wonders; and typical tourist haunts around the world.
