Debi Pople, a native Houstonian, has created art all of her life. Even as a young child, she knew she always wanted to be an artist. Debi attended the High School for the Performing and Visual Arts in Houston, Texas. She then went on to the prestigious School of The Art Institute of Chicago before graduating Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Fine Arts and Art Education degree from Houston Baptist University.
Debi loves painting! Motifs include women, wine and floral as well as color, texture and a passion for multi media.
Debi has shown and sold her paintings in several local art shows. She is also commissioned regularly, mainly through designers and decorators, for custom pieces for clients homes and businesses. A collection of Debi's paintings also grace the wall in the tasting room at Duchman's Family Winery.
In addition to creating drawings and paintings over the years, Debi has taught elementary school art and paints murals and faux finishes daily. She works throughout the Greater Houston area on commercial and residential projects. Debi transforms any room or surface into a piece of art, and her talent and creativity make each work truly unique.
Debi continues to teach art lessons to both children and adults and she encourages others to share her love of art.
