My love for photography began when I got my first camera (Kodak instamatic) in 1971. I took the camera everywhere burning through roll after roll of 126 mm film. 12 years later I saved enough to by my first SLR (Minolta X700), then my creativity took off. With the verity of lenses and filters, I experimented with everything from portraits to sunsets, wide angle to Macro. Then came the digital revolution. I bought my first DSLR (Canon EOS Rebel XSi). Nothing was safe. I shot and shot and shot some more. After all, digital is FREE.
With the digital revolution came Photshop. I began to marry my love of photography with Photoshop. While I strive to get the best photo in camera, my true vision is realized through the use of Photoshop. From subtle HDR to surreal HDR; Oil Painting effects to line drawing effects, my medium expanded to create the image I envisioned in my heart.
