Danny Goen is a US Navy Veteran of the Vietnam War. Since childhood he has had an intense interest in the marine environment and the oceans of the world and in particular the Pacific and California Coast. Danny Goen is a native of California and has resided on the California Coast in the City of Ventura for twenty years.
