Life has afforded her the opportunity to live in many different states, Australia and Spain and to travel extensively and now to live in the beautiful state of Colorado. Tupper has taught watercolors for many years; offering classes and workshops to her many followers. She plans trips to locations all over the world for her students. They have painted in Spain, Italy, England, Ireland, Scotland, Mexico and many locations in the states.

Tupper is a signature member of Colorado Watercolor Society, Southern Colorado Watercolor Society and Western Colorado Watercolor Society,
a lifetime member of The Transparent Watercolor Society of America, belongs to ISEA and National Watercolor Society plus been honored with lifetime membership with various art guilds where she has resided. She founded the Southern Colorado Watercolor Society and served as their
president for six years. She currently is president of the Western Colorado Watercolor Society.
