Photography always had been on my mind. In my younger years I was using small 110 plastic “Kodak” and I was working hard to get the money to be able to have the film developed. Then, later in my twenties I finally bought my “ Practika” 35mm SLR with a 100mm all manual lens.
I had it for a few years. This is the camera I had for the photography course that I had taken then. A few years later I bought a Nikon F1 and some lenses and kept it for many years until I found the magic of Digital Photography.
I just fall in love with this “unlimited no cost photos camera” Then I would snap at everything, I would try every kind of photos under every kind of situation and lights. I always have a camera with me. I use my old faithful Canon 30D with misc. lenses for specific on site photo sessions and my little marvel a Canon G12 for my daily companion.
I have just terminated a course with the New York Institute of Photography and even at 62 years old I had found out that it is never too late to learn more on subjects you love! I am now retired and enjoy my hobby full time. Take a look at my work and come back because my galleries are ever changing I have over 3 TB of pictures storage… God bless you all my friends!
Depuis mon jeune âge, j’ai toujours aimé la photographie. Je me rappelle encore, étant tout jeune, j’utilisais souvent la caméra en plastique « Kodak » 110 de ma mère et j’étais obligé de travailler fort pour pouvoir payer le développement des films.
Plus tard, dans la vingtaine, je me suis acheter une « Practika » 35mm avec quelques lentilles manuelles. J’ai eu cette caméra pour quelques années. Je m’en suis servi lorsque j’ai pris un cours en photographie à Elliot Lake.
Un peu plus tard j’ai acheté une Nikon F1 avec quelques lentilles et je m’en suis servi pendant plusieurs années jusqu’à ce que je découvre les merveilles de la photographie digitale et des logiciels tels que Photoshop CS4 et Photodex Producer. Alors là, ma passion pour la photographie a pris son envol.
Je me suis acheté quelques modèle de caméras digitales jusqu’à ce que je découvre la Canon 30D et, depuis ce jour j’utilise cette merveille pour mon grand plaisir et celui des autres.
Je viens tout juste de graduer d’un cours de Photographe Professionnel de l’Institut de la photographie de New York et je viens d’avoir 62 ans! Il n’est jamais trop tard pour apprendre. Je suis maintenant retiré et je m’adonne à mon passe temps préféré la photographie. Prenez quelques minutes pour regarder mon travail. J’ajoute des photos à tous les jours. Namasté!
