Christopher Roberts was born in El Paso, Texas in 1976. Christopher currently works predominantly in the medium of painting. Christopher has no formal training but has been painting since the age of 6. The nature of Christopher’s work is to express his visceral emotions in the only way he knows how. With headphones on, music playing and an openness to those very raw emotions we all understand but cannot express, Christopher approaches a canvas and pours himself into his work. The outcome is an emotionally charged work of art which is generally a very deep release of energy and visceral emotions. Christopher has been in several shows, galleries and charity events throughout the Portland, Oregon metropolitan area. The goal of Christopher’s work is to express, inspire and drive emotions of all those who view his work.
