For me painting is just pure fun. As you can see, I love flowers, all kinds, colors and shapes. Irises, especially the bearded ones are my favorite because of the many colors and combination of colors, and of course, the frills and beards. Roses are just plain elegant. Parrot tulips are so much fun because of the frills. I also enjoy painting a good sunset for the cloud shapes after a storm and spectacular colors.
