Charla Morgan is a Los Angeles-based artist with an impressionist's focus on how such variables as light, shadow, and color can be pushed just beyond reality. She began painting over 30 years ago, while studying figure drawing at Santa Monica College. With an AA degree in fine art, Charla became an apprentice to her aunt, a well-known local street artist back in the day when Westwood, CA was an artist’s haven.
