Carol Surface was born in Ohio and grew up in Florida. A Californian since 1988, she has exhibited at museums and galleries including the Palm Springs Desert Museum, Lankershim Arts Center, Hammer Museum group show, Brand Library, Brevard Art Center and Museum, Eleonore Austerer Fine Art Gallery and 626 Gallery.
