Caprice Scott is a multi-dimensional artist living and working in Southeastern Washington. She works in a variety of mediums including graphite, pastel, watercolor, acrylic, photography, and collage although her current focus is in printmaking utilizing mostly monotype techniques as well as hand-built pottery that incorporates a variety of motifs including the natural world and Native American rock art imagery. Caprice has studied art at Walla Walla University in College Place, WA and Colorado Mesa University in Grand Junction, CO. Her work has been featured in juried exhibits in Richland, WA and Joseph, OR as well as other shows in Prosser and Kennewick, WA and Pendleton, OR. Caprice also recently concluded a well-received solo exhibition at the Harris Gallery on the campus of Walla Walla University. Select works are in private collections in Washington, Oregon, Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, and Tennessee and can also be viewed at Kelly’s Gallery on Main Street in Joseph, OR and the Wenaha Gallery in Dayton, WA.
