I began painting with oils in the early 1980’s and because the
turpentine's bothered my nose, eyes and skin I stopped
painting in 1985. I tried pastels and watercolours but could
not create the same bright effects as well as I had with oils. I started painting again, with acrylics, in the fall of 2005
and have been using that medium ever since. I retired and
moved to the Okanagan in 2006 and am now painting full time. I am an Active member of the Federation of Canadian Artists
and my work is available at the Oliver Art Gallery and can be
