As a child I dreamed of being an artist or writer...or both, but due to the impossibility at the time, of either of those careers becoming a reality, I became a nurse instead! Yes, I played around with art and writing but it was only as a sporadic hobby.
Later in life, I decided to follow my bliss, and discovered that I could express myself creatively in a number of different mediums. I'm a self-taught photographer, who loves nature and recording images for others to enjoy as pieces of art, greeting cards etc. I also dabble in graphic art and design and you can find my work at www.zazzle.com/avisnoelledesigns on a variety of fun products ie phone cases, shirts, home and office items.
I used to paint in water-colors and acrylics, but it got lost in the shuffle in my busy life! I plan to take it up again in the near future, and when I do will feature my work here for purchase.
