Alena KOGAN
Alena Kogan who has been a member of Union of Artists of Russia since 1998 and a prizewinner of “ Woman in Art†contest. Before she obtained professional education in Vera Mukhina High School of Art and Design between 1991-1997 , she polished up her excellent skills in private art studios in St. Petersburg Russia combining it with study in Gorky State University during 1987–1989. Her main professional line is ceramics where she achieved great success. Many interesting details of her artworks are founded in her passion in ceramics where bright natural dye is being used. She uses means of the ancient technology in modern art - bold layers, solidity of composition, rich and juicy colors. Paintings of Alena Kogan can definitely be a worthy part of any interior from very daring to conservative classic.
