ANDY ROONEY
Multi-media artist Andy Rooney is a graduate of Savannah College of Art and Design with a major in Photography and Digital Imaging. Andy photographs scenes and objects, enlarges, crops, composites, and retouches his images and then hand sketches his scenes. He then digitally hand paints and prints the Digital Painting and then to finalize the piece he Hand paints the final layer with Oils or Acrylics to create the final piece of art work.
