“Every time I look into an empty canvas, I am driven by a sense of inspiration and importance of what I am doing .Sometimes the painting is growing before my eyes as unpredictable as a child, the other time it's a moving target, and it can get a precise direction from the beginning as well .”
Alexander brings into his palette a blend of rich colors from the tropical wonder of the Southern countries where he travelled a lot and the peculiar flavor of Holland, the country he adores and visits for a business every so often and the severe beauty of the Baltic where he grew up. He now lives in a middle size town called Kaliningrad, located in the very west of Russia near the Baltic sea. This is where he continues to paint and explore his art.
