Alena Kogan has been a member of Union of Artists of Russia since 1998 and a prizewinner of “Woman in Art” contest. Before she obtained professional education in Vera Mukhina High School of Art and Design between 1991-1997, she polished up her excellent skills in private art studios in St. Petersburg Russia combining it with study in Gorky State University during 1987–1989.
