Born and raised in Pennsylvania before relocating to Arkansas, Kelly is a self taught artist with only a few local classes that she took . She especially love to paint nature and abstract works. One of her biggest influences in the art field is her late uncle Harvey King Jr. Mrs. Turner have some of her paintings displayed at the Freeman Cultural Art Gallery in Chester, PA and Tyme Gallery in Havertown, PA.
