Donna is a painting artist based in Northern Georgia-USA, and draws upon her everyday experiences, history, location and cultures of many people.
When Universal Studios began to film the comedy movie, 'Wanderlust' in Clarkesville, Ga, one of the set designers saw some of her work through a private collector and used a couple of her paintings in the movie.
In her own words she states, 'I want to create an appreciation for the unadulterated beauty of a subject, place or time for the viewer. My style is my own but usually falls within the realism, surrealism and contemporary labels. I use a lot of acrylics or oil on canvas, as well as mixed media. I am inspired by nature itself and feel a deep connection between the animal kingdom and humans.
I want to bring beauty into the world (or at least the room)'
