I am constantly amazed and humbled by the incredible beauty that surrounds us. From the awe inspiring creations of Mother Nature, to the wonderful rustic charm of a historical building, to the spectacular geometrical design of modern day architecture, beauty can be found at each and every turn. My love of photography began at the age of nine when my parents gave me my very first camera. Little did I know that it would develop in to a life long passion. Although my true love is wildlife photography, I simply can't resist photographing anything of beauty. I got to see OpSail in Connecticut last summer (part of the festivities celebrating the War of 1812) but was on board a tall ship or working on a deadline during the time the re-enactors were performing.
