I had held off purchasing any Super Bowl LVIII collectibles or memorabilia until I found something that I thought was just “awesome”. When I saw this SI Cover, I knew I had to have it. Honestly it’s one of the best photos I’ve ever seen. Along with the captions it captures what Super Bowl LVIII was all about. Your Photog was in the right place at the right time and did a great job of capturing what Chiefs fans all across the country felt at that moment. As you can see I had the perfect place for it, it makes this wall complete and up to date.

Artist's Description
Saturday was Scott Kelby's annual worldwide photowalk, where almost 30,000 photographers around the world meet up in local groups to take photographs.
A friend of mine organised the photowalk in Vancouver, BC, located at the Olympic Village. I've been tending to avoid organised photowalks for the past few months, as I don't necessarily find them conducive to producing photos I'm happy with. However, Olympic Village is an area of the city which I haven't photographed that much, and when I have I've taken shots I'm somewhat happy with, so that, along with it being scheduled at dusk, got me to sign up.
In case you couldn't guess, this bridge is called Canoe Bridge (next time, bring wire clippers...), so named because of the way it is wider in the middle. I've always liked this bridge, especially at night with the lights under the handrails, but I've struggled to get a shot that I'm particularly happy with. Despite this, I thought I'd give it another go.

Born in the UK, I moved to Vancouver, BC in 2011. My career in photography has grown from a long-held passion for capturing the beauty of the world, aided on the technical side by my background as a software developer. I specialise in fine art photography of landscapes, seascapes and cityscapes in and around the Pacific Northwest, with work exhibited internationally. Many of my photographs feature the beautiful city of Vancouver, but as well as capturing its iconic cityscapes, I can often be found exploring the BC and Washington coastline for new photographic opportunities, as well as developing my portfolio of night sky photographs featuring the Milky Way and the Aurora Borealis.
