This is a portrait of my pet rabbit Thomas who passed away in 2004. He was a Holland Lop-Eared rabbit. I purchased him at Crestwood Mall at Pass Pets. He was a baby and just sitting there in his food bowl looking at me. It was love at first sight. I just happened to walk in the pet store, not looking to buy a furry animal. He was a lot of fun and still miss him to this day. He developed an abscess on the side of his face from a bad tooth. The vet botched the job, and the infection went behind his eye. I had to give him a shot every day for a month. He did not get better, but he was a real trooper. So sad, and still miss him to this very day. It took me forever to get another pet.
