Chipmunks are small, striped rodents. The eastern chipmunk, known as the "Chipping Squirrel" is the largest of the chipmunks and is typically found in the eastern North America. Chipmunks have an omnivorous diet primarily consisting of seeds, nuts and other fruits, and buds. We have many wild chipmunks where we live and they love to steal seeds from my birdfeeders and peanuts.

Lori is a published photographer from central Pennsylvania. Country landscapes, farmhouse decor and wildlife are what Lori loves most.
