The Surf City Pier on Topsail Island is surrounded by mist and clouds as a storm passes along the coast. It is drizzling and damp, but still the beach calls for us to be outside. The colors of the sky are somewhat mystical and mysterious as low clouds pass seemingly right through us. Here, we are at home, back to nature and the simple purity of living.
