A totally adequate purchase - nothing outstanding, nothing problematic. Since the original was one of your stock images, I cannot speak to whether this was a clear image, besides which the original was a watercolor, so clarity is not essential to the success of the image. I predict that a larger image would lack clarity. But I'm generally satisfied.

My husband and I had a lovely trip to Paris and southern France last July. While on a bus trip we were able to take a photo of this cafe that we share a name with. Our photo was a little blurry and not good for enlargement. Your wonderful photo now hangs in our own kitchen as a nice reminder of that trip. It is beautiful and of very good quality. We love it. Thank you Mary Flore

Beautiful picture. Grew up on northshore so wanted something from there. Metal picture really shows the colors and picture quality is very clear.

This is one of three pieces that I am adding to my collection. Once I have received the other two pieces I will be happy to provide a photograph of the display. The quality of the art piece is exceptional. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase even more pieces!
Artist's Description
This stunning "surreal" artwork was inspired by a title of a show called "For the Love of Horses"... (which was a benefit to help raise funds for scholarships that sponsored disabled children to receive therapy while on a horse called "Hippotherapy"). I wanted to create a colorful scene with an "equine theme", so I combined a pinkish Southwest sunset photo that I took with a golden Midwest sunset. The eagle flying high in the sky represents our "free spirit". The emblem of the black horse is meant to convey our "strength". The windblown "ghostlike" figure of an Indian on his horse represents a "messenger". The full moon depicts a continuous cycle of time. And like the moon the sunset is not the end, but part of a cycle towards a "new tomorrow". The message is . . . "that we have time to dream endless possibilities for our life" - (life depicted by the large body of water in the piece). Our dreams give mankind "HOPE"! The end result of this piece . . . is a "stunning" Photogra...

Nadene Merkitch replied:
Thank you for your nice comment on this artwork - which I thoroughly enjoyed creating for an art show that benefited children with "special needs". I'm inspired by my daughter...who also has "special needs". And I'm thankful for the artistic talent that God has blessed me with...so I can share my "inspired" artwork and help out worthwhile causes.

Nadene, Stunning Work!, Congrats on your Sale!
Nadene Merkitch replied:
I'm glad that you liked this piece. Some aspects of it may seem familiar to you (especially living out in Arizona)...because I combined a neat pinkish Southwest (Arizona) sunset photo that I took with a golden Midwest (Oklahoma) sunset to get that "stunning" effect.
