Original oil painting by award winning, Marin County artist, Colleen Proppe. Colleen has been painting cycling scenes in Marin County since 2005, and sells her art in galleries in the San Francisco Bay Area. She strives to honor and represent the cyclists of our generation, while simultaneously preserving and honoring the landscapes they ride in. This painting has thick impasto technique in the forground, bringing out the warm, sunlit grasses towards the viewer.
