I could just say that this is St Patrick's Cathedral in Fort Worth TX but there's a story behind this picture. So, to make a short story long...I happened to be driving in downtown Fort worth one day and saw the sign saying St Patrick's Cathedral. I did a bit of a double take because in all the years we had lived in Fort Worth, I had no idea there was a Roman Catholic cathedral here. I always picured a 'cathedral' as a much larger building. So early one Saturday morning, I went back to take some pictures of the exterior. As I was reading the sign describing its historic significance, a car pulled up behind me on the street. I thought I was going to get yelled at for taking pictures but instead the people in the car encouraged me to go inside saying how beautiful it was! The sign I was reading was quite enticing so I did, quietly tiptoeing in. And I was entranced by the beauty which to me was thoroughly unexpected!
