Unsurprisingly Restronguet Point and Loe Beach in the parish of Feock near Truro in Cornwall, seen here from the opposite bank of the River Fal, has made the list of most expensive addresses in the South West.
I'm a short walk away from the historic Pandora Inn which is tantalisingly within view from Restronget Point but can only be visited if you have a boat or drive for half an hour upriver and turn to head in the direction you have just travelled but on the other side of the River Fal. Also unsurprisingly, most people living on Restronget Point have boats moored at the bottom of their gardens.
