Absolutely loved my print. The depth and details are spectacular and the quality of the print is fantastic. I framed this in a white frame and didn't have the exact size handy so kept the lower space intentionally open. I love how it came out.

I bought this for a friend who lived in France for many years. Now that she is back in the states she misses France her favorite country. When I spoke with her on the phone she absolutely loved it. It showed all the places she lived or visited. She loved that it had an antique flair. She is getting it framed when she can. This my gift for her to bring up her spirits. She has stage 4 cancer. We live in 2 different cities & are comrades & would do anything for each other. When I saw it in the website I knew I had to buy it. Great work. This is a reproduction of an original acrylic painting depicting the P-51 Mustang flown by Joseph Gomer during World War II. The Tuskegee Airman P-51s are escorting B-24 heavy bombers to a bombing raid on Ploesti oil fields.
About Charles Taylor
My goals as an artist are to produce illustrations and fine art images with military and aviation subject matter. Because of my interest in WWII history and aviation, my compositions are influenced largely by events of that era. The medium that I work in is acrylic on illustration board; while I have used watercolor, chalk and graphite in the past. I have experience with drafting and have a strong attention to fine detail. For years I have been involved with the various veterans and aviation organizations; working air shows and reunions since a very young age. I do extensive research through books, past discussions with veterans, documentaries, and building of the appropriate modeling kits. I use photo references taken over the years...
