I love the artist and usually purchase her originals or prints and have been extremely satisfied with them, but this original and some others were sold so I purchased cards to frame. I have to comment that this card was a little dark and if it could be lightened a little, it would better represent the artwork. The artist is one of my favorites.

About Beth Clark-McDonal
I have been creating artwork all of my life, surrounded by creative people. My dad, who was also an amazing artist, had a huge influence on me creatively and imaginatively and my grandmother and aunt were wonderful artists in their own right. As my Creative Voice changes and matures, I find my greatest desire is to still keep a sense of wonder in every piece that I do while sharing personal insights and inspirations. While I work mainly in acrylic and watercolor, the future holds the promise of some mixed media pieces and possibly moving beyond the realm of two dimensional art. I feel greatly inspired and moved by the animal world and am constantly amazed at the bond formed between human and animal when love and respect is present. ...

Hi Beth, I was browsing Google then I showed some interesting by Google Pictures link. Clicked to Google Pictures and there quite top it was. Then I tought about and desided self too to register, but had forgotten site directory (by us is this portal not so known) and then inserted yo Google "moon horse" and find your picture again and FineArtAmerica.com again. But NOTE if insert to FFA search "moon horse" it do not seek out this picture. Maybe it is good set up this artwork with another name too, for example reduced version... You know self better. I will contact you then when website launch, at the moment it isn´t published. I just inform you that I opened meantimes Contest where I give out free websites...you can see my Contest... Have a nice day!

Hello Madde, I am so honored that you like "Mystical Moon Horse and Foal"! And that it brought you to FAA. :) Just out of curiosity, how did you first see this piece? Were you just browsing FAA? I would be interested in possibly having this particular piece on your site with a link to my FAA page. Do you have your site up yet so I can look at it? Let me know. And by the way, I enjoy your work,as well. :) I took a look a little while ago. Have a nice day.

I admire the patience that must have gone into the creation of this piece. Because of that patience and skill, even the most earth-bound thinkers are made to surrender logic and embrace the mystical.
Ora Moon
Fantastic and original patterned color work, terrific job on this :)

I love this painting. My favorite horse is named Moonshadow. We bred her a few years back, but the fetus became imbedded and mummified. She will probably carry the foal all her remaining life. (hopefully many, many years.) But I clicked on this to invite you to share your art in the "Horses" Group (or maybe it is called "Equine") Anyway, go to the Community tab above, click Groups, search out some that are appropriate to your art and join them. email me if you need more info.
