I love seagulls. This guy posed for me.
Received the Honorary John M. Angelini Award in Watercolor at the 2010 Audubon Artists Annual Exhibition. Also received an award at the Summer Theme Exhibition, Salmagundi Club, NYC, 2008.
About Tom Hedderich
Following graduation with a B.A. in fine art from Montclair State University in New Jersey, Tom worked for 30 years as a graphic artist designing display advertising, all the while keeping very busy sketching and painting thousands of people, pet and home portraits, caricatures and free-lance illustrations. Moreover, he was commissioned to illustrate two children’s books by their author. Tom’s watercolors have appeared in a number of books and periodicals, most notably Splash 16, Splash 19 & Splash 20 (Splash 17, Runner-up) from the highly popular “Splash” watercolor series, and also Watercolor Artist & Artist’s Magazine.
