I had held off purchasing any Super Bowl LVIII collectibles or memorabilia until I found something that I thought was just “awesome”. When I saw this SI Cover, I knew I had to have it. Honestly it’s one of the best photos I’ve ever seen. Along with the captions it captures what Super Bowl LVIII was all about. Your Photog was in the right place at the right time and did a great job of capturing what Chiefs fans all across the country felt at that moment. As you can see I had the perfect place for it, it makes this wall complete and up to date.

Artist's Description
The scene is a familiar one: two brothers, their pet dog, and a special place in time, all the ingredients for preserving memories that last a lifetime, if not forever.
I remember when growing up, days lasted longer, summers seemed endless, and family and friends were always around.
Now, time passes much too quickly; summer ends as suddenly as it begins, and too many family members and friends are now gone.
Painting "Forever Friends" brought back memories from my own childhood, when my brothers and I spent our summers hiking and exploring in the company of our faithful and loyal companion, a black lab we called Blackie, and we were "Forever-Friends.

About Doug Kreuger
Doug Kreuger, Landscape Artist Member of Oil Painters of America Doug was born in, Aberdeen, South Dakota, and grew up in Hazel Crest, Illinois. From early childhood, Doug demonstrated a strong interest in drawing, painting, and building things. Throughout his school years, Doug excelled in all his art classes, winning numerous awards and recognition for his artistic abilities. 

Upon graduating from high school, Doug became a student at The American Academy of Art, Chicago, where he studied commercial graphics, life drawing and watercolors. 

Doug's first job as a professional artist was with Unigraf, a company that specialized in designing P.O.P (point-of-purchase) displays and display graphics. Doug left that company...
