Artist's Description
As a result of the great fire in 1507 many of the buildings in this, one of the oldest most picturesque streets in Norwich are genuine Tudor houses. There are, in fact, more Tudor houses in Elm Hill than there are in the whole of the City of London. Elm Hill is one of the prettiest streets of Norwich, with many small independent traders, and known for its Medieval cobbled street.
