I have always had an interest in photography but it wasn’t until a recent birthday present from my husband that I had a camera I really felt comfortable using. Looking through the lens of a camera has changed how I see the world around me. While I think pictures are a great way to share memories, to me they are also a great way to tell a story. I really like this image...The textures of the sharp cactus thorns and the softness of the flower petals ..... and I just love the colours...the almost florescent chartreuse in the centre of the blossom and the lovely orange/red blossom itself...and of course to capture a little bee inside is just a bonus!
