Everything we wanted it to be, the sort of vintage hue accentuate the office we placed it in. Can not promise we will be back, not often we are in need or market for something like this - If we do get a need we will start looking with you. The Artist did a GREAT job, I am Danish, I come from Copenhagen and I have been in Nyhavn hundreds of times, it captures all it should in a brilliant way.

Excellent workmanship - but I was a little disappointed that the final result was darker than expected. Otherwise, I am totally satisfied and I will put a light on the subject to highlight the artist's work. ~ ~ ~

Very disappointed. The photo is grainy and does not represent the example when ordered. Wasted $500

Artist's Description
Old Skagen (Hojen) beach in Skagen, Denmark
.....
Skagen (The Scaw) is a projection of land and a town, in Region Nordjylland on the northernmost tip of Vendsyssel-Thy, a part of the Jutland peninsula in northern Denmark. Skagen is located in Frederikshavn municipality.Skagen takes its name from the region, which projects into the waters between the North Sea and the straits of Denmark. Skagen is considered the boundary between the Skagerrak (named after Skagen) and the Kattegat. At its very tip is a sandy, shifting headland known as Grenen. Here it's possible to experience the sight of waves clashing together from each side of the tip.
About Inge Johnsson
I have been photographing the beauty of America and other places around the world for over 30 years. My photographic work has won awards and has been frequently published in books, calendars and magazines such as National Geographic, Time, Popular Photography, Smithsonian Magazine, and Texas Highways. Originally from Sweden, I now reside in the Pacific Northwest (Seattle area). I enjoy many types of photographic subjects and styles, but really love landscape, nature and travel photography. I use Canon full frame mirrorless and DSLRs with a full range of L-series lenses, and touch up my digital captures in Adobe Lightroom & Photoshop to recreate the artistic vision I felt and saw when the capture was made, and to make the images ready...

This is wonderful, the colour along the shore captured so beautifully
Inge Johnsson replied:
Kym, thanks so much for your kind comment.

Well, if Skagen is so nice I should see it once! Beautiful, fresh and stylish image :)
Inge Johnsson replied:
Thanks! Skagen is one of the most wonderful places to see in Denmark, and Scandinavia as a whole. It has a certain unique quality of light that was very much appreciated by 19th century artists and painters.
